Sole by Design 

I was so excited to receive this product in the mail and a lot more excited to start customizingmy heels. What I received were 4 purple glitter sole stickers from a company called Sole by Design. Sole by Design is a company created by Atlanta based personal fashion stylist Katie Stull. What they do is provide an affordable but fashionable way to accessorize your shoes. They provide a variety of sole stickers in colors and neon that come in matte and 3 colors in glitter. 

In the envelope you get four stickers and a instruction flyer. Please go to there website www.solebydesign.com  and click on the how to fit section,if you go by the flyer alone you’ll encounter a little difficulty to place the sole. I have to admit it was tricky sizing the sole but again before fitting the sole I did not go to the website, once I did it was very simple and in a matter of minutes my shoes had sparkly soles. The adhesive sticks pretty well but if you do make a mistake or you need to reposition the sole it peels of quite easily and can be placed again and doesn’t loose it’s adhesive strength . 

                     

 

The website indicates that they work best on shoes with smooth soles made of wood, leather, synthetic, plastic, or rubber. Now the soles of my heels have fabric , I had no problem sticking these on. The website also indicates that it stands up pretty well to the normal wear and tear of shoes as I have’nt had the chance to try them out I can’t really say weather they do or not. All in all I am very happy with the product I think that it is a great way to add that fashionable detail to any shoe and really make it your own.
